CUSTOM Packaging

Fully Tailored Solutions

No matter how many times we’ve handled a particular type of item, your project is unique because it’s your item and your requirements. That’s why we provide customized packaging, crating, and shipping solutions.

Customized for You

No Shortcuts

In some instances, a generic crate with a little extra padding would surely work just fine. But taking shortcuts is not the Advanced Packaging way.

We go to whatever lengths are required to ensure your items are properly protected. Often that means a custom-built crate or unique packaging solution, but to us it’s all in a day’s work.

Our customers count on our unwavering attention to detail, and that’s what we deliver in every engagement.

01

Unique Packaging

Anti-Static Packaging

We use a wide variety of anti-static packaging materials, including wraps, cushioning, and barriers to prevent electrostatic discharges from damaging your sensitive items. Many electrical components including computer chips, electronic assemblies, and circuit boards can be damaged beyond repair by electrical discharges.

02

STRONG & LIGHTWEIGHT

Corrugated Packaging

We provide custom corrugated containers and boxes to meet any shipping need. Corrugated is a durable, versatile, and lightweight material used for custom-manufactured shipping containers. We use a minimum 350 lb. double-wall corrugated fiberboard that is made up of three sheets of linerboard with two mediums or flutes in between when building custom corrugated cardboard boxes.

03

SPECIAL PROTECTION

Heat Shrink Wrapping

We offer expert heat shrink wrap services for assets that need short-term or long-term storage. Our proven wrapping techniques ensure that items being stored are protected against the elements and unwrap damage-free.

04

Personalize

Cushioning

We stand apart from the competition in our unique ability to offer specialized crate cushion packaging for each and every shipment. The quantity and density of cushioning materials such as polyethylene or polyurethane foams are determined based on the characteristics of the item to be shipped and factors like density, shock value, drop, vibration, and recovery.
